This 10 day guided adventure
trip has been designed to allow more freedom than the NZ Adrenalin trip. You'll
still go to all the same stunning New Zealand adventure locations and all meals, accommodation and guest
services will be amazing. The main difference is this trip allows for several
free days in the itinerary where you can take it easy (something there isn't much
of in the NZ Adrenalin trip!), or you can choose additional adventure activities as you
go. Day
One: Depart Christchurch after group introductions and trip briefing.
Head for the Rakaia Gorge and onto Lake Coleridge for a Jet
Boat and High Country Hike.
Night 1 in s/c Unit/Apartment Methven
Lunch and dinner Day
Two: Make our way down through the Canterbury Plains and to Peel
Forest
for hiking options in this timeless scenic reserve. Drive to Lake Tekapo for optional
Air Safari of
Mount Cook and Glaciers.
Night 2 in s/c Unit/Apartment Tekapo Breakfast,
Lunch, afternoon tea Day
Three: Drive to Stunning Lake Pukaki and into the heart of the Southern
Lakes themselves. Destination Wanaka and a host of afternoon options.
Night 3 in s/c Unit/Apartment Wanaka
Breakfast, Lunch Day
Four: Free day at Wanaka. Relax by the lake or ask our guide to recommend
sight seeing and adventure activities.
Night 4 in s/c Unit/Apartment Wanaka Breakfast,

Day Five:
Cross the fords to Mount Aspiring National Park and into the wilderness
of the Matukituki Valley. From here we undertake a half day Return
Hike to the Rob Roy Glacier before making our way through the
Cardona Valley to Queenstown.

Lunch Days
Six and Seven: Two full days to engage the New Zealand adventure capital of the
world. Queenstown has an amazing range of options from bungy jumping, canyoning,
hang gliding, horse riding, fishing and wine trails just to name a few. NZ Adventure
gives you the option to choose what activities you want to do while in this world
famous alpine resort town.
Night 6 in s/c Unit/Apartment Queenstown

Night seven Te anau s/c apartment Days
Eight and Nine: Spend two days and 1 night Raw
Wilderness Sea Kayaking in the remote and beautiful Doubtful Sound.
Night 8 camping in Fiordland National Park
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Night
9 in s/c Unit/Apartment Tekapo
Breakfast, Lunch
Day Ten:
Our final day is spent at the impressive Mavora Lakes before Cross
Country and Down Hill Mountain Biking through and out of the
historical Walter Peak Station. Finish at the TSS Earnslaw steamship
for a well earned cruise back to Queenstown.

Fitness Requirements: You need to be moderately active and
healthy to enjoy this tour. More important is an enthusiastic attitude
and give it a go approach. Contact us if you have any health or
fitness concerns.
IMPORTANT: THE
OVERNIGHT KAYAKING IS A STRENUOUS OVERNIGHT TRIP WHERE YOU SHOULD
EXPECT TO BE PADDLING FOR 5 HOURS PER DAY, AND BE CAMPING WITH
MINIMAL FACILITIES IN THE NATIONAL PARK.
AN ALTERNATIVE OVERNIGHT CRUISE IS ALSO AVAILABLE WHICH INCLUDES A
SMALL AMOUNT OF PADDLING, DETAILS OF THIS OPTION ARE AVAILABLE
UPON REQUEST.
